Vegan mouse/ smoothies

Firstly, over the past three years I've been experimenting mainly with health. From herbs, to meditation, to yoga, to waking up with the sun, to sleeping in, to resting, to dancing, to following your body and gut. Gut health is real, you are as alive as your metabolism, metabolism is a massive reflector for your life and reality. How much you are processing life. How sluggish you feel or how active you feel. Your gut is always trying to send you from place to place.

According to Vedic teaching's, the call it "Charm", another perception is intuition. "And in the vedic tradition, the notion is to gravitate towards that which pulls you. Because it cultivates more joy." "An opportunity may come out of nowhere and you feel pulled by it. It's clearly an indication to follow, stay curious."

In other teaching's and by other people, this is considered intuition, or gut feeling, that feeling that pulls you from place to place, telling you to go there instead of there, or to drop out, or to start studying. All those "feelings" that pull you to do different things.

Often our deepest feeling knows what we should be doing, over what our mind tries to justify what's right or wrong. PS a new earth is finally being cultivated, where everyone is slowly finally following their instincts over their mind, and this is only bringing us to more joy, more education (real education), more experience, excitement and better health!!

I try to be vegan most of the time, but still i always follow my instincts. Sometimes you'll see me buying bottles of fresh cows milk, with all these milk products, other times only fruit, sometimes a bit of fish, sometime's smoothies. It's a bit sporadic and random, but i realise in retrospect that usually what i lean towards is what my body craves. But I personally draw the line at animal meat because to me i can't even think of the process, or anything like that. And to be honest I do still carry guilt for eating fish (sometime's only once every three/four months), and I still try to understand and justify it.

But most of the time I try to follow my instincts with what my body needs and craves.

Food is a big part of my exploration, over the past few years, and for now. So i'm going to start posting different recipes I make and use, to keep inspiring me to keep being creative in the kitchen and exploring alternative foods, and also to keep inspiring you!!

I saw my friend's on Instagram making vegan mouse so I have to give it a try. I made it a little different to the original recipe, but that's all the fun of it!
