Two cup Spiced Chai recipe

 

Two cup recipe ~

1 - in a pot bring to the boil 1 cup milk of choice and one cup water

2- add 2 tsp of the spiced chai to the boiling liquid

3- add 2 1/2 to 3 tsp of jaggery, sugar, or sweetener of choice 

4- simmer for three to four minutes and strain through a fine tea strainer

5- slow down and enjoy our spiced masala chai.

 

Ingredients:

Organic cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, star anise, black tea and lots of love.
